Gaurav founded O1ex in 2018. He has been managing global crypto funds professionally for more than 2.5 years and has consistently outperformed the market indices to achieve return objectives in bear and bull markets. In addition to this, Gaurav is onboard as Director, Partner, Ambassador, and Advisor in several national and international firms, focusing both on tech and non-tech verticals. Gaurav began his entrepreneurial voyage with Infotech Hub which is currently an established incubator for innovation advancement and have several national and global organizations running under the flag.

Manisha currently focuses on the functional operations of the firm and juggles around multiple responsibilities in O1ex. Prior to handling her new role in O1ex, Manisha was trading and analyzing volatile cryptocurrency market trends for 2 years. Manisha’s expertise in accounting, project management, talent search, and retention has contributed immensely towards the growth of the firm.

Rishabh joined O1ex as a Quantitative Analyst to develop trading strategies for digital asset fund, and is also responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and managing investments in start-ups. Prior to this Rishabh worked with OYO as Business development manager and established B2B channel with corporates in Uttarakhand Hub. Rishabh is an MBA graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and has cleared the CFA Level 2 exam

Chandan is an alumnus of IIT Delhi & London Business School. He started a professional career as a US Interest Rate Derivatives Trader and moved on to trade Commodity Futures, US & European Government Bond futures, European High Yield Bonds, HY CDS, Asian Convertible Bonds and Structured Products (ASW & Ascots) with Credit Suisse in London & Hong Kong. He managed, led and mentored large teams of derivative traders and has an experience of Proprietary Trading as well as Flow Trading at scale.

Samarveer brings with him 3 years of experience as an Investment Analyst in traditional as well as crypto markets. Prior to this, Samar worked with CapitalVia Global Research Limited as Equity research analyst and handled more than 150 HNI’s with their investments, where he consistently generated Alpha to achieve the return targets. Samar is a B.Tech graduate from University of Petroleum and Energy studies, Uttrakhand.
